• Our process starts just before order confirmation. Sample sets are prepared to show customers the exact granite pattern or granite color and get the order approved. All quality parameters are decided in this stage with granite size tolerance around +/- 1mm and the granite thickness variation is +/- 1mm, the right angle is perfect ninety degrees. These details are all mentioned on the invoice and get buyers approval on this.

• The order is communicated to the production department, they forward it to concerned department along with copies to Madurai office. Filed inspectors also get a copy of this order and keep all useful instruments ready such as rulers, Vernier scale, right angle and measuring tape.

• Madurai office is responsible to monitor quality and quantity of production with the factory at various stages, starting from the sample set. If the sample set is not as per requirement then the factory is trained about the necessary changes, machines are calibrates to produce desired tolerances. All inspections are done at different stages. All these reports are sent to head office. If the factory fails to meet the quality standard, order is cancelled at the very initial stage and it is switched to another factory.

• After the production completion, field inspector sorts and packs the material. Chide quality from Madurai office carries out the inspection of material and submits the report to head office. Once the report is verified and approved, production manager from head office informs the buyer. All communications are done via email; detailed record is maintained for future reference.

• As per the requirement of buyer there are all possible options for third party inspection available too.

• The shipment department keeps a record of all loading and unloading. The time or loading is also noted down. All these pictures are sent to the production department to check quality of lashing, cates and stuffing. If the quality of crate is not satisfactory at the port, agent makes necessary changes or repairs it and sends photos to purchase department in head office. After getting approval, this entire container loading is done.
