We at VSG Exports strictly follow all rules of social responsibility, mostly when it comes to our employee benefits. These are some important rules and regulations followed by our company to ensure good relationship with every employee.

No Child Labor

  • We are following all Labor Laws of Tamil Nadu and Delhi Government.
  • We at VSG Exports are strictly against child labor.

No Forced and Compulsory Labor

  • We at VSG Exports don’t force any individual to work because of any repayment of debt or penalty.
  • No deposit is kept or accepted at the time of appointment.
  • After serving their shift employees are free to leave company.
  • We at VSG Exports follow strict selection procedure. No one is employed if he or she is below 18 years of age. No individual is forced to work under any kind of coercion or threat.
  • We at VSG Exports don’t keep any original identification paper, original document or part of salary, property details or other important document forcefully to keep them working.
  • After completing the standard working schedule all employees are free to leave the work zone and can also ask for termination letter after serving the notice period.
  • We at VSG Exports are against human trafficking and don’t support any of this illegal activities.

Health And Safety

  • VSG Exports follows a basic safety and health rules.
  • All staff members are neat and clean, there are separate washrooms for ladies and men.
  • We provide Aqua and Filtered water to all our employees and workers.
  • Our company premises are all clean and hygienic, something that helps in leading healthy life.
  • To all regular employees, insurance card or ESI card is provided.
  • Every department has its own First Aid Box.
  • We provide yearly health checkup for all our regular as well as contractual employees.

Freedom of Association

  • To carry out all tasks there is a working committee.
  • Every employee in VSG Exports can directly interact with the management for any of their issues or problems. Regular meetings are organized to overcome these problems and discus important things related to company growth and targets.
  • Employees can meet top management of the company and discuss all important issues or problems; these are resolved on the same day.
  • There is a very friendly and easy going environment in the company and among all workers.
  • VSG Exports respects the right of Non-Management Representative and trade union for their bargain quality and choice. At present no worker in the company is part of any trade union.

Non-discrimination on Various Grounds

There are no cases of discrimination on any of the following grounds:

  • Access to Training
  • Retirement, Termination or Promotion
  • Hiring Remuneration
  • Religion, Sexual Orientation, Disability, Age,Race, Caste,Union Membership, Political Affiliation, National Origin or Gender

Disciplinary Practices

  • All disciplinary practices are carried out or conducted based on Industrial Dispute Act.
  • No cases of verbal abuse, physical or mental coercion, or corporal punishment is tolerated.
  • No inhumane or harsh treatment is allowed to employees.

Reasonable Working Hours

There are strict rules followed to ensure disciple in VSG Exports company premises. Like:

  • In normal condition every employee should work at least 48 hours. Weekly holiday is on Sunday.
  • Weekly off is followed as per Weekly Holiday Act 1942.
  • Working time starts at 9:00 am till 6:00pm, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm is lunch break.

Fair Remuneration

  • VSG Exports follows Minimum Wage Act of 1948 issued by Indian Government.
  • For any disciplinary actions there is no deduction in wages.
  • All concerned drafted benefits for employees are followed by the company.
  • Details regarding benefits and wages are made clear to employees.
  • Monthly salaries are given by cheque or cash, as per the convenience of the employee.

Health & Safety Representative

  • There are representatives taking care of all safety and health aspects of workers.
  • Representative provides all personal protective equipment to all workers.
  • Trained doctors conducted health checkup once a year.

Workers Representative or NMR

  • Workers elect representative, they helps them in discussing all issues and problems with the concerned department.
  • Representatives ensure worker welfare arrangements such as safety rules and health.

Management Review Meeting

  • Top management authority members take review of important aspects such as company policy, performance and procedures.
  • Appropriate amendment for improvement of workers and Company is also checked.
  • Important contents that need to be reviewed by management are External Audit Results, Legal Requirements, Customer’s Complaint, Control on Suppliers, Corrective and Preventive Action, Social policy and objectives, Recommendations for improvements,Collecting feedback from Customer and Labor, and lots more.
