This process starts well before order placement with suitable factory.  Production schedule with dates are obtained from the factory. This schedule is then mentioned in the purchases order, A copy of this schedule is given to the field inspectors and Madurai office for proper monitoring.

Madurai office sends weekly production report to the head office; in case the production speed is slow then necessary steps are taken to speed up the process. If at any stage the production is not matching the need or proceeding as per the schedule, order is stopped at early production stage and is transferred to another factory.

We understand the importance of timely delivery and as most factories in India fail to produce on time, we are doubly vigilant regarding delivery and take all possible measures to fulfill the promise.

Shipment department stays in touch with the production department and ensures timely delivery. At every stage buyer is informed about the order status. Buyer can reach us any moment by email and we always help them provide immediate information as per the requirement.
